شبكة حدائق مدرستنا

تم تصميمه لجلب الفوائد التعليمية والغذائية والاجتماعية للبستنة إلى المدارس ومراكز تعليم الشباب. بدأ في مارس 2010 وكان برعاية مشروع Worcester Food & Active Living Policy Council التابع لمؤسسة Worcester Food & Active Living Policy Council.

خلال السنة الأولى من المشروع ، عقدنا شراكة مع 6 مدارس عامة في Worcester لإنشاء فصول دراسية في الهواء الطلق في كل موقع. منذ عام 2010 ، قمنا بتوسيع الشبكة لتشمل 25 موقعًا للحدائق المدرسية.

farm to early childhood project

The School Garden's Farm to Early Childhood Project provides curriculum, garden support, and enrichment activities, including school based farmers markets and farm field trips, for pre-school partners in Worcester, including all four Head Starts.

This exciting initiative began taking root in January of 2022, thanks to a generous investment from United Way of Central Massachusetts Community Challenge grant program.
